SHIPPING & COURIER POLICY

i)    All orders made during weekday before 4pm are processed on the same day upon verification of payment. 

a.    For peninsular Malaysia. Our pick up service by Poslaju / Pos Malaysa is carried out during working hours, Monday-Friday excluding weekends and local public holiday (Malaysia). Kindly track your order at http://www.poslaju.com.my/ by using the tracking number which will be provided in your account at www.bougasbeauty.co or it will be provided by our Beauty Consultants. 

Shipping time frame : Peninsular Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia) - 2-5 working days. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) - Up to 10 working days.

b.    For Sabah & Sarawak. Our pick up service by Poslaju / Pos Malaysa is carried out during working hours, Monday-Friday excluding weekends and local public holiday (Malaysia). Kindly track your order at http://www.abxexpress.com.my/ by using the tracking number which will be provided in your account at www.bougasbeauty.co or it will be provided by our Beauty Consultants.

c.    For international shipping. Our pick up service by Ninja Van is carried out during working hours, Monday-Friday excluding weekends, local public holiday (Malaysia), and international public holiday (Delivering Country). Kindly track your order at http://ninjavan.co by using the tracking number which will be provided in your account at www.bougasbeauty.co or it will be provided by our Beauty Consultants.

ii)    www.bougasbeauty.co is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct address, size and colors have been inputted prior to making payment.

iii)    All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by www.bougasbeauty.co. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive and validate the delivery. www.bougasbeauty.co shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

iv)    If for any reason www.bougasbeauty.co is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, www.bougasbeauty.co will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, www.bougasbeauty.co will offer either a full refund of the amount paid or suggest an alternative product(s).

v)    Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of www.bougasbeauty.co and there will be no refunds.

vi)  Incase of any issue regarding courier services. Bougas Beauty reserves the right to change the courier delivery service.
