All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In theevent of damaged, missing, or incorrect goods received, these matters must bereported to Bougas Beauty within 48 hours or 1 month from the date of parcelreceived. This can be done via email to bougasbeautyhq.sales@gmail.com and youremail will normally be replied within 24 hours from the receipt of your emailor contact our admin via WhatsApp 60124786049.

In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, www.bougasbeauty.co  shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate www.bougasbeauty.co  employeeshall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your Exchange after inspecting the item. If your return item is approved, we will initiate an exchange and replace the item.
